Non-profit initiative for sustainability
Panchabhuta is a non-profit, non-governmental initiative that takes its name from the Sanskrit translation of “five elements”. It was established to support communities who live by the principles of panchabhuta, with particular focus in India.
Due to the organic nature of the concept, we made the identity and typography in a low-tech, hand-painted style of aboriginal design, as this is a classic example of a community that live an elemental existence. The identity comprises five rings to represent earth, wind, fire, air and water.
