Swiss watchmaker, Marc Jenni, approached us, asking if we could design a logo that would give a visual identity as a feature on his timepieces.
We learned that since 1753 the art of watch making has played a major part within the generations of the Jenni family. We wanted to capture and illustrate this heritage therefore the symbol was inspired by elements of the Jenni family crest. To reinforce the brand structure, we also conceived the bespoke typeface ‘Jenni Sans’ and added business stationary, instructions, warranties and brochures for use at both watch and jewellery shows.
The sales by Marc Jenni have risen by 33 percent since the rebrand, and the innovative watchmaker was further recognized with an invitation to become a member of the prestigious AHCI “Académie Horlogère Des Créateurs Indépendants”.
