Sustained Dialogue at the university of Alabama aims to bring people together from diverse backgrounds to address deep-rooted issues, which are dividing the campus and community along political, social, racial, or socio-economic lines. Through thoughtful dialogue, they hope to resolve these issues diplomatically. Early on in the project it was decided to go with an olive tree concept for its peaceful connotations. I continued this harmonious theme by choosing greens for the palette.
